Epic foes on the gridiron, Alabama and Auburn have joined Chick-fil-A for a common cause during this football season.—helping ill and injured kids at Children’s of Alabama through its “Picks for Kids” program. With every Crimson Tide or Tiger interception, Chick-fil-A will donate $2,000 to help children treated at the state’s only pediatric hospital.
Money donated by Chick-fil-A through Picks for Kids is used by The Charity League Hearing & Speech Clinic to provide comprehensive evaluation and therapy services for children requiring inpatient and outpatient treatment. Children’s team of audiologists and speech-language pathologists are trained to assess and treat all areas of speech, language and hearing.
